MANTOU SKIRT - CYCLADES

In our Indian workshop, this piece is first patiently and precisely hand-woven, perpetuating an ancestral textile savoir-faire that is deeply important to us.

Then comes the screen printing, a traditional printing technique, applied by hand through a fine screen to deposit the patterns with precision and intensity on the fabric. Each color application is done separately, offering a rich, durable, and unique finish to each creation.

We then proceed to sew the Aari embroidery, an ancient Indian technique performed by hand using a small hook. A skillful practice that perpetuates a precious textile heritage blending tradition and contemporary creation.
