CLAIM OR ITEM-RELATED REQUEST.

I would like to make a complaint on an item that I purchased in store.

Any complaint related to an in-store purchase must be referred to the store where you bought your item. You can find the list of our reseller stores right here.

The item I received is different from the one worn by your model.

All our pieces are made by hand, so they are unique. Although the colors are the same, color placements may vary from piece to piece.

I need help choosing the size of my item.

How do I maintain my parts?

All our items are handmade with great care. We advise you, in turn, to take great care of them. We recommend that you refer to the care guide available on each product page.
Alternatively, we recommend hand washing in cold water. Machine washing is not recommended, no tumble drying, no wringing, no bleaching.
Gently wring by hand, line dry and iron on the cotton setting.
If you have a steamer, use it from the inside.

ORDER-RELATED COMPLAINT.

I paid but I did not receive an order confirmation email

The order confirmation email is an automated email sent a few minutes after your order has been paid for. This may take a few minutes, so please also check your spam folder.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please do not hesitate to contact us at client@miicollection.com or call us at +33 (0) 6 62 37 51 82 (Whatsapp) so that we can check if your order has been confirmed.

I am not receiving my bank security code to confirm my online payment.

For any complaints related to a payment problem, please contact your bank. Unfortunately, we are not able to handle this type of problem.
