Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, it being specified that this must be the Customer's home address, or that of a natural person of his/her choice, or that of a legal entity (delivery to a company). In the event that delivery cannot be made, due to an incorrect delivery address or failure by the Customer to collect the order from the selected collection point, no reshipment will be made and the Customer will be reimbursed within five days of receipt of the order by MII. The refund period may be extended depending on the payment method used by the Customer.

FRANCE
Returns in mainland France are free of charge. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to declare a return.
Contact us at the following address: client@miicollection.com to obtain your return form.
You can drop off your parcel at a relay point corresponding to the carrier you chose when you placed your order.

You can also benefit from free home collection using the WAYBILL number on your returns slip. Simply contact DHL at 0809400213 (free call).
On receipt of the return parcel, we will check and refund the parts within a maximum of 14 working days.
OTHERS COUNTRIES
Mii Collection does not accept returns outside mainland France. The choice of carrier and shipping costs are your responsibility. We strongly advise you to opt for a shipment with parcel tracking, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches our premises.
You will still need to specify on your parcel that it is a return of goods and send the items back to us at the following address:

On receipt of the return parcel, we will check and reimburse the items within a maximum of 14 working days.
Exchanges are now possible on eshop orders.
If you would like to receive an item in another size or color, please contact us at: client@miicollection.com.
Exchanges are available for:
- Change of size
- Change of color
- Pieces of the same price
Occasionally, carriers drop off parcels at nearby shops. In this case, please contact the carrier you have chosen or go to their website and give them your tracking number to obtain more information about the delivery of your parcel.

Your order is prepared and dispatched within 48 working hours, then handed over to the carrier according to the delivery option selected.
If the delivery time exceeds this period, please contact the carrier you have chosen or go to their website and give them your tracking number to obtain further information about the delivery of your parcel.

Orders delivered outside metropolitan France may be subject to taxes or customs duties. These additional delivery costs will be charged to the customer.
If you live outside France and wish to make a return, please specify on your parcel that it is a return of goods, in which case you may be required to pay additional customs charges. These additional customs charges will be at the customer's expense and will be deducted from the refund of your order.
