We are a small team and we do everything we can to ensure that it leaves our logistics workshop as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Fees are calculated at the time of validation of your basket.
Potential customs fees are not included in the sales prices. Customs fees applied to the importation of your package will be your responsibility.
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, it being specified that this must be the residence address of the Customer, of a natural person of his choice or of a legal entity (delivery to his company ). Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes.
If it is impossible to make delivery, due to an incorrect delivery address or the absence of collection by the Customer of his order from the selected collection point, no reshipment can be carried out and the Customer will be reimbursed within a period of five days from receipt of the order by MII. Reimbursement period may be extended depending on the payment method used by the Customer.
COMPLAINTS
FRANCE
Returns to mainland France are free. You have 14 days from the delivery date to declare a return.
Contact us at the following address: client@miicollection.com to obtain your return slip.
You can drop off your package at a relay point corresponding to the carrier you chose when placing your order.

If you have chosen DHL, you also benefit from free home collection using the WAYBILL number on your return slip. To do this, simply contact DHL on the number 0809400213 (free call).
Upon receipt of the return package, we will verify and then reimburse the parts within a maximum of 14 working days.
REST OF THE WORLD
Mii Collection does not support returns outside mainland France. The choice of carrier and shipping costs are your responsibility. We strongly advise you to opt for shipping with package tracking, you are responsible for the package until it is transported to our premises.
You will still need to specify on your package that it is a return of goods and return the items to us at the following address:

Upon receipt of the return package, we will verify and then reimburse the parts within a maximum of 14 working days.
We do not offer exchanges on eshop orders. If you would like to receive an item in another size or another color, simply reorder from our online store. Returned items will be refunded to you after receipt and validation of their conformity. The item must be returned in perfect condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place and in its original packaging.
Sometimes carriers drop off packages in surrounding businesses. To do this, please contact the carrier you have chosen or go to their merchant website and provide them with your parcel tracking number in order to obtain further information on the delivery of your parcel.

Your order is prepared and shipped within 48 working hours then delivered to the carrier according to the delivery selected.
If the delivery time exceeds this period, please contact the carrier you have chosen or go to their merchant website and provide them with your parcel tracking number in order to obtain further information on the delivery of your parcel.

Orders delivered outside mainland France may be subject to possible taxes or customs duties. These additional costs related to delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you live outside France and wish to make a return, please specify on your package that it is a return of goods , in which case you may be required to pay additional customs fees. These additional customs costs linked to the return of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from the reimbursement of your order.
