CLAIMS.

I would like to return my item, how do I do it?

FRANCE, BELGIUM, and GERMANY

Returns in metropolitan France, Belgium, and Germany are free. You have 14 days from the delivery date to declare a return.
Contact us at the following address: client@miicollection.com to obtain your return label.

You can drop off your package at a relay point corresponding to the carrier you chose when placing your order.

If you chose DHL, you also benefit from free home collection thanks to the WAYBILL number on your return slip. To do this, simply contact DHL at 0809400213 (toll-free call).

Upon receipt of the return package, we will proceed with a verification and then refund the items within a maximum of 14 working days.

REST OF THE WORLD

Mii Collection does not cover returns outside metropolitan France, Belgium, and Germany. The choice of carrier and shipping costs are your responsibility. We strongly advise you to opt for shipping with package tracking; you are responsible for the package until it reaches our premises.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to declare a return.
You will need to specify on your package that it is a return of goods and send the items back to us at the following address:

I would like to exchange an item that I purchased?

Exchanges are now possible for e-shop orders.

If you wish to receive an item in a different size or color, please contact us at: client@miicollection.com.

Exchanges are available for:

  • Size change
  • Color change
  • Items of the same price
My package is marked as delivered but it is not at my house

Carriers sometimes drop off packages at nearby businesses. To find out if this is the case, please contact your chosen carrier or visit their merchant website, providing them with your package tracking number to get more information about your package delivery.

My package has still not been delivered...

Your order is prepared and shipped within 48 business hours, then handed over to the carrier according to the selected delivery method.

If the delivery time exceeds this period, please contact the carrier you have chosen or visit their merchant website, providing them with your parcel tracking number to obtain further information about the delivery of your parcel.

Do I have to pay customs fees?

Orders delivered outside mainland France may be subject to possible taxes or customs duties. These additional costs related to delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you live outside France and wish to make a return, please specify on your package that it is a return of goods , in which case you may be required to pay additional customs fees. These additional customs costs linked to the return of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from the reimbursement of your order.
