Our Cycle of the Seasons weave evokes the frantic passage of time and the seasons. We wanted to create a swirling effect where colors appear in waves with each movement of the fabric. This exceptional weave blends different thicknesses of threads to bring depth and graphicity to our pieces. These changes in thread add a great deal of complexity to the weaving, during which our weavers change shuttles with each change of thread. Woven entirely by hand in our workshop in India, the Tiphaine dress showcases our weavers.
