This season we wanted to express our love of colour and the profession of colourist. We wanted to bring out the vibrancy of colour using the tie & dye technique, with powerful colours such as fire red, parrot green, blue and lemon yellow. Our tie & dye dresses the bottom of our Ema shirt. A new addition to our wardrobe, it's a cousin of our Lulu tunic. It has puffed raglan sleeves and an oversized cut, and is longer than a Greta. This shirt is entirely hand-printed in our workshop in India on a soft cotton poplin, then embroidered with fabric flowers. Each fabric flower tops a small stem made from 3 glass beads. This adds relief and a unique movement to the embroidery. The Ema shirt is an exceptional piece.
