CLAIM OR REQUEST RELATED TO AN ITEM
Any claim related to a boutique purchase must be referred to the boutique where you purchased your part. You can find the list of our reseller boutiques near our search bar in the "Boutiques" tab.
All our pieces are handmade and therefore unique. Although the colors are the same, the placement of the colors may vary from one piece to another.
To help you choose the right size, you'll find a dedicated size guide and care information on each of our product pages.
All our pieces are handcrafted with great care. We advise you, in turn, to take great care of them. As a second option, we recommend hand-washing in cold water. No tumble-drying, no spin-drying, no bleaching.wring gently by hand, line-dry and iron on cotton setting. If you have a steam ironer, use it from the inside.
ORDER-RELATED CLAIMS
The order confirmation e-mail is an automatic e-mail sent a few minutes after your order has been paid for. This may take a few minutes, so please check your spam folder.
If you do not receive an order confirmation e-mail, please contact us at client@miicollection.com or call us on +33 (0) 6 62 37 51 82 (Whatsapp) so that we can check whether your order has been confirmed.
For any claim related to a payment problem, please contact your bank. Unfortunately, we are unable to deal with this type of problem.
