CLAIM OR REQUEST RELATED TO AN ARTICLE
Any complaints related to an in-store purchase must be referred to the store where you purchased your part. You can find the list of our reseller stores near our search bar in the “Stores” tab.
All our pieces are made by hand, so they are unique. Although the colors are the same, color placements may vary from piece to piece.
To make your size choice easier, you can find a dedicated size guide as well as maintenance information in each of our product sheets.
All of our pieces are handcrafted with great care. We advise you, in turn, to take great care of it. We recommend that you refer to the maintenance guide available in each product sheet.
As a second option, we recommend hand washing in cold water. Any machine cleaning is prohibited and strongly discouraged, no tumble drying, no spinning, no bleaching.
Wring gently by hand, line dry and iron on cotton setting.
If you have a steamer, use it from the inside.
COMPLAINT RELATED TO AN ORDER
The order confirmation email is an automatic email sent a few minutes after payment of your order. This operation may take a few minutes, so also remember to take a look at your junk mail.
If, however, you do not receive any confirmation email, do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com so that we can check whether your order has been validated.
For any complaints related to a payment problem, please contact your bank. Unfortunately, we are not able to handle this type of problem.
